Abstract
La presse electronique presente certaines caracteristiques de la presse traditionnelle tout en presentant un caractere multimedia. Il est judicieux de se demander si les normes traditionnelles suffisent pour regir efficacement la presse electronique ou s’il y a necessite de l’intervention de normes modernes. Les concepts de base, tels que le professionnel de la presse et l’entreprise de presse, doivent etre analyses a nouveau de facon a savoir s’ils donneraient lieu aux memes obligations et avantages legaux qui en decouleraient traditionnellement. L’inadequation entre les principes de base de la presse et le fonctionnement de la presse electronique pose des difficultes d’interpretation et elle souleve des defis legislatifs.
