Face à l’évolution de la formation à distance, l’Université de Sherbrooke a déployé un projet visant à soutenir le développement de cours à distance, la formation pédagogique du personnel enseignant et l’émergence d’un modèle en la matière. L’article analyse ce projet sous l’angle de la diffusion d’une innovation en s’appuyant sur une démarche de Design-based research. Les conditions propices dégagées concernent le déroulement du projet, les savoirs et la qualité des cours, et la formation.
