Abstract
L’entreprise libérée, La faillite managériale, Lost in management , toutes ces expressions sont des titres de livres mais ne constituent-elles pas des signaux faibles de l’émergence d’une autre forme de management. Héritée du taylorisme le management a construit des pratiques sur le modèle hiérarchique commande/contrôle en associant des boucles participatives. Ce modèle vit-il, sous l’impulsion sociétale et technologique, ses dernières heures ou est-il en train de muter pour servir un système social lui-même en mutation ? L’objectif de cet article est de définir par les pratiques en entreprise ce que nous entendons par « innovation managériale » afin de s’interroger sur les nouvelles formes de management et leur ossature pour proposer non par un nouveau modèle de management mais une manière d’inventer des formes de management dans une logique de coconstruction avec les principaux intéressés.
