Abstract
L’Association de droit international ou l’International Law Association (ILA) a ete creee a Bruxelles en 1873. Elle a pour but d’etudier, de clarifier et de developper le droit international tant public que prive. Cette association comporte plusieurs branches partout dans le monde et organise differents colloques, rencontres et autres evenements. Ainsi, les 17 et 18 avril 2009, l’Universite de Hull en GrandeBretagne reunissait les membres de l’ILA lors d’un colloque s’intitulant : Instability and Uncertainty? International Law in a Multipolar World. La plupart des textes se retrouvant dans l’ouvrage : International Law in a Multipolar World sont issus des actes de ce colloque. Publie dans la collection Routledge Research in International Law, ce recueil rassemble quinze textes.
