Abstract
Ce bulletin renseigne les lecteurs par le biais d’un editorial du transfert des organismes nationaux de loisir au Ministere de l’Education, du Loisir, et du Sport, en avril 2006. On explique egalement les nombreux changements qui se sont effectues depuis 1997 et la division de la responsabilite du loisir entre le MELS et le MCC. Ensuite, le bulletin laisse place aux rubriques recurrentes ainsi qu’a des sujets ponctuels : Forum sur l’ethique en loisir et en sport, Projet de parc Albanel-Temiscamie-Otish, OuTIC au secours des benevoles, Plaisirs d’hiver 2006, Defi sante 5/30, etc.
