Les rapports entre les spécialistes de l’information et les usagers de la documentation constituent l’essence des activités reliées à l’information documentaire. Cependant, la perception qu’on a de ces relations varie avec le temps. C’est ce que l’auteure illustre à partir d’écrits tirés de revues québécoises de bibliothéconomie.
