Abstract
La notion de droit d’auteur telle que nous la connaissons aujourd’hui s’est modifiée depuis 400 ans au gré des changements sociaux et technologiques et elle se transformera encore avec la venue des environnements électroniques. Dans cette optique, il est intéressant de retracer les grandes lignes de l’origine et de l’évolution du droit d’auteur et de s’interroger sur l’avenir que lui réserve l’arrivée de l’autoroute de l’information.
