Resumo Ao resgatar o filósofo alemão do esquecimento, Stefan Zweig seria o principal responsável pela atual "voga Nietzsche". A edição brasileira de seu livro em 1931 e o artigo "L'actualité de Nietzsche", publicado anonimamente na França em 1933, atestariam o crescente interesse pelo autor de Zaratustra . A presença de Nietzsche na cena contemporânea, todavia, dever-se-ia não somente aos ensaios de outros estudiosos como Salomé (1893), Bertram (1918), Andler (1920) e Walz (1932), mas a um fenômeno particular: o próprio filósofo teria antevisto que seria compreendido "depois da próxima guerra".
