Abstract
Une methode nouvelle a ete developpee et appliquee a une usine integree de papier journal au Quebec afin de determiner des strategies novatrices de fonctionnement en circuit ferme. Elle combine l'algorithme genetique et la programmation mathematique. Les circuits d'eau blanche sont definis en termes de sources et de demandes. Le probleme est de trouver la meilleure combinaison possible de connexions de source et de demande selon la fonction objective et les contraintes du probleme. Nous avons developpe une simulation qui comprend toutes les operations majeures de l'usine et l'avons utilisee pour evaluer le degre de contamination des circuits de fabrication pour les solutions proposees.
