Cet article se propose d’analyser le poids de la catégorisation de la sexualité des mineurs suivis au pénal par l’institution judiciaire. L’enjeu est de saisir le caractère normatif des prises en charge sur la sexualité des jeunes présents dans huit types de structures de milieu ouvert de la Protection judiciaire de la jeunesse. Alors qu’elles n’enferment ni ne mettent à l’écart des mineurs, elles encadrent cependant des comportements juvéniles notamment sur les représentations et pratiques de leur sexualité.
