Abstract
Quels changements suscite l’accréditation Ville amie des enfants dans les politiques locales et dans les représentations que celles-ci véhiculent de l’enfance ? Cette question est au coeur de l’analyse d’un programme québécois créé en 2009, qui prend appui sur une démarche de recherche-action (2011-2013) dans deux villes accréditées, complétée par des entretiens semi-dirigés auprès d’employés de huit autres municipalités accréditées. Changements et continuité ont été observés sur trois plans : (1) les domaines couverts par les politiques et projets, (2) la participation des enfants à l’élaboration de ces politiques et projets, et (3) l’utilité que les employés municipaux attribuent à l’accréditation.
