Abstract
Sure Start is a UK government initiative addressing social exclusion in local communities through a multi-disciplinary team approach. The Early Years Librarian can be a significant team member in responding to child development and early years literacy. A case study of the Wakefield district investigates the role of the Early Years Librarians in responding to the government agenda. Partnership work and focusing of provision based on parental consultation are key issues.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
