Abstract
Yazarlar Almanya'daki Erken Yardım Merkezlerinin tarihi hakkında genel bilgi sağlamaktadırlar. Sağlanan hizmetlerin yasak dayanaklarının yanı sıra bu hizmetleri sağlamak için gerekli uzmanlık satandartlaro açıklanmaktadır. Erken müdahale hizmetlerinin başlamasından bu yan toplumdaki değişimler ve günümüzde çocukların farklı ihtiyaçları, aile odaklı eğitim hizmetleri yaklaşımının ve bölümler arası işbirliğinin yararlı olduğunu gösteren bir durum araştırması ile açıklanmıştır.
