ResumoNesse projeto foi calculada a seção de choque de alguns canais de detecção de neutrinos.A partir disso, foram estudados três experimentos atuais de detecção de neutrinos, o SNO (Sudbury Neutrino Observatory), aprofundando em neutrinos solares, o Super-Kamiokande, com enfoque em neutrinos atmosféricos, e o IceCube.Além disso, houve um breve estudo sobre a oscilação de neutrinos.Palavras-chave neutrinos, seção de choque, oscilação. IntroduçãoOs neutrinos são partículas elementares do Modelo Padrão da física de partículas que interagem somente por meio da força fraca.Por isso só foram detectados em 1956, apesar de terem sido propostos em 1930 por Linus Pauli como resolução do problema de conservação de energia do decaimento beta.Por sua difícil detecção, os neutrinos são as partículas fundamentais do modelo padrão das quais se tem menos conhecimento.Assim, existem muitos experimentos atuais que têm como objetivo detectá-los e descobrir mais sobre fenômenos como a sua oscilação ou o valor de sua massa.
