ABSTRACT In this article on the Internet material resources published in 2011–2013 years. Considered the state of modern culture Pacific Russia. Analyzes the impact of her traditional and contemporary cultures of Japan and the Republic of Korea, North Korea and China, the U.S. and Canada. Conclusions about the attractiveness of the territory south of Pacific Russia for Japan, South Korea and China, northern territory – the northern states of the USA and Canada, and it is this position is crucial in creating a complex system of transmission of culture and perception of the neighboring states of Pacific Russia.
