A novel method for designing an inverse Class F power amplifier by controlling up to fifth harmonic
Bibliographic record
Abstract
In this paper, a method of shaping waveforms at drain for designing an inverse Class-F power amplifier is presented. The second and fourth harmonics are controlled by a simplified structure by employing the bias circuit. Then by tuning the phase of the second and fourth harmonic, and also third and fifth harmonic components in the load, the de-embedded voltage and current waveforms at drain are shaped into approximate half-sinusoidal and square, respectively. With this kind of waveform, less power dissipation can be achieved because of less overlap between the waveforms. Load pull simulation predicts 82% PAE by this method with optimal load and source impedance. The fabricated circuit is exhibited and measured. PAE reached 72.4% with 38.4 dBm output power at one-tone frequency 2.14GHz.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
