(...) Il presente et detaille les actions a entreprendre a l'echelle municipale. Les divisions de la culture, des loisirs et de la vie communautaire feront de meme a l'echelle des arrondissements. Ce plan d'action municipal et ceux des arrondissements gravitent autour d'un noyau d'activites existantes qu'il convient de consolider afin de le rendre plus efficace dans le domaine de l'activite physique, sportive et de plein air. Un second noyaud est compose d'actions a entreprendre au cours des prochaines annees. Les orientations ainsi que les axes qui s'en degagent sont presentes ici de facon succincte. La Politique en matiere d'activites physiques, sportives et de plein air les met en contexte en plus de les detailler.
