A sa septieme annee d’existence, l’Observatoire quebecois du loisir a atteint « l’âge de raison ». Il a maintenant en main tous les outils pour remplir sa mission. Son site Internet est bien adapte, ses publications et son rayonnement ont un impact demontre, ses collaborateurs sont plus nombreux et representent la plupart des dimensions du loisir, ses partenariats sont productifs. Cette maturite tombe a point dans la mesure ou les TRANSFORMATIONS qui affectent notre societe et influencent les services en loisir sont devenues incontournables. Signaler, decrire et mesurer l’impact de ces transformations, sur l’Organisation quebecoise du loisir, telle est la mission de l’OQL.
