Abstract
Chronic electrical stimulation was applied in four spinal cord injured children. A two years study shows the increase in quadriceps muscle mass, strength and fatigue resistance and increase of trabecular bone density of tibia. Functionally, children are able to stand and walk with hand supports using modular mechanical brace in addition to four channels surface stimulation.
