El cambio climático es un tema de interés nacional e internacional. Las actividades humanas que alteran la composición de la atmósfera mundial y que generan variabilidad natural del clima se encuentran obligadas a firmar acuerdos internacionales para reducir los niveles de emisiones. En el presente artículo, el autor nos plantea el escenario político, social y económico en el que se crearon dichos tratados, brindando datos interesantes al lector.
