Abstract
Cet article vise à rendre compte de la mise en place en milieu hospitalier à Montréal d’un groupe de parole avec des adolescents suivis dans une clinique VIH. Cette intervention s’est déroulée dans le contexte d’un stage de maîtrise en service social et s’est inspirée de l’anthropologie médicale interprétative et critique. La discussion est ici engagée à la lumière de ce double regard qui s’intéresse tant à l’expérience de la maladie et au sens qui lui est donné qu’aux rapports de force en présence. Malgré les limites inhérentes au stage, cette perspective théorique nous paraît intéressante à prendre en compte pour la pratique du travail social et permet de dégager certains enjeux qui se posent à l’intervention dans ce contexte.
