Au Québec, l’entrée en vigueur de la Loi modifiant l’organisation et la gouvernance du réseau de la santé et des services sociaux (loi 10) a amené son lot de changements. Pour soutenir son implantation, un mode intégré de gestion de la performance centré sur des salles de pilotage est en cours de déploiement. Aperçu du fonctionnement et des résultats d’un système qui peut tout aussi bien servir à l’extérieur du réseau de la santé.
