Nous avons longtemps cru qu’assurer la relève en entreprise familiale revenait à former un successeur avant que le dirigeant ne se dirige vers la sortie. Or, il s’avère que la réalité actuelle est tout autre. Avec l’espérance de vie qui s’accroît, plusieurs générations cohabitent désormais au sein d’une même société pendant des décennies. Partager le pouvoir tout en préservant l’harmonie familiale constitue alors leur principal défi. Voici quelques clés pour y parvenir.
