Abstract
Temoin depuis plus de quatorze annees de la realite des personnes peu scolarisees, l'auteure de ce memoire de maitrise, depose a l'Universite du Quebec a Montreal, propose une reflexion sur les pratiques sociales et les politiques publiques en matiere d'insertion professionnelle. Cette recherche-action explore la problematique de l'insertion a l'emploi des populations en difficulte, particulierement a travers le projet pilote « Emplois de solidarite » mene a Trois-Rivieres par le Centre d'organisation mauricien de services et d'education populaire (COMSEP). L'auteure espere que cette etude contribuera au debat social concernant les politiques publiques en matiere d'integration a l'emploi et de lutte a l'exclusion et a la pauvrete.
