Un projet « pour les Roms » ? Bricolages, malentendus et informalité productive dans des dispositifs d’insertion et de relogement

Abstract
À partir d’une double recherche de terrain menée en Seine-Saint-Denis (ethnographies des migrants roms de Roumanie et des actions publiques ciblées mises en oeuvre à leur attention), cet article propose une réflexion sur les formes et conditions de la « réussite » des dispositifs d’accompagnement social et de relogement (« projets d’insertion »). Le suivi de tels projets montre que l’ensemble des acteurs en présence « bricole » afin de garder le cap dans un contexte mouvant et incertain, celui de la ville en train de se faire, pour y conserver (ou y prendre) sa place. Au-delà des migrants roms, cette réflexion souhaite contribuer aux débats sur la valeur de l’informalité et du malentendu dans les dynamiques d’intégration sociale.
