Formando profesionales reflexivos en el EEES. El caso de la Teoría de la Educación en las universidades españolas

Abstract
Las universidades se encuentran inmersas en un cambio que afecta a las estructuras de los estudios y, como consecuencia, a la forma de entender las disciplinas. Esto está sucediendo en los estudios de educación también, y nos preguntamos en qué medida lo estará haciendo en la Teoría de la Educación (TE) como ámbito disciplinar. Se ha realizado un estudio del grado y modo en que aparece esta disciplina, bajo sus distintas denominaciones, en los nuevos planes de las titulaciones de educación (Grados de Pedagogía, Educación Social, Magisterio de Educación Infantil y Magisterio de Educación Primaria). Con ello, hemos obtenido un diagnóstico preciso de la situación de la TE en las 57 universidades, del total de 76 oficialmente reconocidas en España que, durante el curso 2010-2011 ofertaron esta materia dentro de sus planes de estudio. Además, y a partir del análisis de contenido de diez programas de TE distintos, hemos podido determinar qué competencias desarrolla la TE en el Grado de Pedagogía. Abordamos también el debate de la formación teórico-reflexiva de los futuros profesionales de la educación.
