Abstract
Les outils du Web participatif, comme les étiquettes et les commentaires, peuvent être employés à plusieurs fins par les bibliothèques. L’étiquetage social se fait couramment en ligne, donnant naissance aux « folksonomies » qui aident au repérage des informations. Participer ainsi à l’organisation de l’information en ligne satisfait le besoin de l’internaute d’interagir avec le contenu intellectuel d’un document numérique. Les bibliothèques proposant ce genre d’interaction en ligne ont plusieurs choix de systèmes pour améliorer leur catalogue. Nous considérons ces systèmes globalement, mais ne recensons pas à l’heure actuelle de masse critique de contenu en français.
