Abstract
La différence entre une multinationale décentralisée et une multinationale centralisée réside dans la distribution des pouvoirs. Dans une multinationale centralisée, le pouvoir est entre les mains du siège social. Au contraire, dans une multinationale décentralisée, le pouvoir est partagé entre les différentes filiales à l’étranger. Parfois, lorsque l’environnement concurrentiel international change, les sociétés sont contraintes de transférer les pouvoirs. Cette opération est délicate et comporte son lot de risques, comme les exemples de Philips et de Panasonic le prouvent.
