Abstract
Au regard du flou conceptuel qui entoure la notion de tensions de rôle dans la recherche francophone et anglophone, cette note de recherche propose une grille d’analyse originale de ce construit. La mise en évidence de quatre natures et trois objets de tensions de rôle offre un cadre conceptuel multidimensionnel et intégrateur pour de futures recherches. Ce socle conceptuel permet d’outrepasser la conception unidimensionnelle qui domine dans les recherches quantitatives et d’adopter une approche cumulative des recherches plus qualitatives.
