Abstract
AbstractAbstractThis article presents the results of a brief art therapy group that was offered to adults with mild to severe intellectual deficiencies. The project was held in a community centre, in Montreal (Quebec, Canada) that offers therapeutic, educational and occupational service. The objective of the group was to promote cohesion among former and new participants. Murals were used during the whole process. The group of 13 participants met for 7 workshops. This art therapy project, as reflected in the artwork, had many positive results.
