This corrects "Permatasari DA, Ariati AR, Rahmahani J, Effendi MH, Tyasningsih W, Khairullah AR, Bernard AN. Detection of multidrug-resistant (MDR) Staphylococcus aureus isolated from raw milk in a dairy farm." Adv. Life Sci. 2025 Feb;12(1):150–156. doi: 10.62940/als.v12i1.1804.Following the publication of this article, an internal audit — conducted in response to quality concerns raised by Web of Science — identified problems with the authors' statistical analyses. The authors were requested to respond to the communicated shortcomings by 05 June 2025. Upon receipt of the authors' corrections — which clarified the use of the chi-square test to compare resistance rates between locations and included a revised table split into two separate tables (table 1 and table 2)— the technical shortcomings were resolved in light of COPE guidelines, and the Editorial Expression of Concern issued on 19 May 2025 was accordingly rescinded on 23 July 2025. The earlier published copy of this article is available on request at als.editor@als-journal.com.The Advancements in Life Sciences Editorial Office regrets that these issues were not identified prior to publication.History of the correction processEditorial Expression of Concern19 May 2025: Following publication of this paper, the internal audit (consequent to concerns on quality raised by Web of Science) notified Advancements in Life Sciences about problems with authors' analyses. By this Editorial Expression of Concern, we alert the scientific community of the errors as we examine the concerns and address errors in analyses.Editorial Note29 May 2025: Authors are expected to categorically respond to the communicated shortcomings in the statistical analyses by 05 June 2025.Correction Published23 July 2025: The necessary corrections have been carried out in the Version of Record. Expression of concern is hereby revoked.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
