Abstract
Laboratory and field studies were conducted to evaluate the adsorption behavior of a biochar-amended sandy soil for Escherichia coli (E. coli). Two types of biochars, produced respectively by either slow pyrolysis (SPB) or fast pyrolysis (FPB), were used.
