Abstract
Nesse trabalho analisa-se as formas pelas quais a Biodiversidade vem sendo apresentada em museus, tendo como foco duas exposicoes imersivas: a Floresta Tropical do Biodome em Montreal/Canada e as Estufas Tematicas da Fundacao Zoobotânica em Belo Horizonte/Brasil. As exposicoes foram analisadas qualitativamente a partir das categorias sobre abordagens de biodiversidade. Como resultado identificou-se nessa analise a presenca de praticamente todas as abordagens propostas em ambas as exposicoes, com forte enfase na abordagem conservacionista. A preocupacao com a educacao para a conservacao da Biodiversidade e o foco principal das exposicoes imersivas estudadas, que possuem estrategias museograficas consolidadas ao serem apresentadas nesses locais.
