L’émotion est souvent identifiée comme une faiblesse. Pourtant, pour qui sait l’exploiter, elle s’avère être une force précieuse. Les auteurs de l’article proposent une méthode permettant d’aider efficacement les entrepreneurs à utiliser leurs émotions de manière rationnelle et sécurisante. En abordant des thèmes précis avec eux, il est possible d’amener les porteurs de projets à extraire de leurs émotions des informations essentielles à leur prise de décision. Cette façon d’aborder les émotions leur permet de s’adapter beaucoup plus vite aux changements auxquels ils doivent faire face et de traverser des évènements émotionnels avec davantage de confiance.
