Abstract
This winter 2016 issue of Chimères is centered around our spring 2016 conference theme, "Margins and Marginalities."You will find fascinating articles ranging from witches to prostitution, from the marginalized women of Algeria and "feminine" writing, to a contemporary film portrayal of Islam and the banlieue.We are also delighted to introduce our book review section with two reviews about nutrition in Quebec and approaches to teaching Georges Sand.
