Legal analysis of the features of the Institute of Legal Protection of agricultural land in Canada is conducted. Particular attention is given to this kind of activity in the provinces and municipalities; the process is characterized by the protection of agricultural land and land management. It should be noted that much attention to the law in this area is given to the preservation of favorable environmental conditions, taking into account the interests of the provinces and municipalities; one of the important results is to increase the profitability of farms. In general, the measures taken by the Government of Canada in this area are successful.
