Abstract
Hospital oskar jandl situado en san cristobal de las islas galapagos, para poder aumentar la eficiencia y cumplir los lineamientos del modelo de gobierno, (mais) sistema que permite integrar todos los niveles de salud de manera estrategica a la atencion primaria de salud en el ecuador, durante los anos 2014 y 2015, debe prepararse de mejor manera y en un espacio muy reducido de tiempo; afrontar grandes desafios uno de ellos el traslado de su personal y equipos a una nueva y amplia infraestructura; factores claves para alcanzar la acreditacion canada internacional - nivel oro. Este es un proceso de prioridad que se identifica por tener un impacto significativo en la seguridad del paciente y mejorar la calidad de atencion y servicio acorde al plan del buen vivir requisito que se exige a todos los hospitales pertenecientes al ministerio de salud publica dentro del pais; por lo que se realizan cambios radicales.
