Abstract
L’Algerie est un pays partiellement francophone ou le francais, l’arabe et les dialectes sont utilises. Mais cela ne veut dire que tous les Algeriens peuvent parler plusieurs langues. De plus, on ne peut pas choisir les langues arbitrairement a tous les moments. La situation de l’emploi des langues est complexe selon les classes sociales, les âges et les circonstances tous differents. Apres une presentation de la situation reelle, avec l’aide de theories sociolinguistiques, nous trouvons que cette situation est influencee par les facteurs economique, urbain, religieux, historique ainsi que les politiques et les planifications linguistiques.
