Abstract
L’édentation complète reste toujours un handicap même si les conditions anatomiques sont en faveur d’une conception prothétique réussie. Mais le plus difficile est que parfois en plus de l’édentation nous sommes face à des obstacles anatomiques telle l’absence de tubérosités. Cependant, il est nécessaire de réussir la triade de Housset : stabilité, rétention et sustentation.
