L’entretien d’explicitation : une méthode pour identifier des gestes professionnels d’enseignant(e)s de danse en milieu scolaire

Abstract
Une étude sur la construction identitaire d’enseignantes de danse en milieu scolaire montre que leur profil professionnel se construit au sein de l’agir en mobilisant une stratégie identitaire d’alternance de rôles et de postures auprès des élèves. Ces rôles et postures ont d’abord été auto-déclarés par dix-huit participantes à l’aide de données discursives. Une recherche sur l’agir a suivi, afin de recenser des gestes professionnels posés par les enseignantes en classe. Trois dispositifs méthodologiques permettant de circonscrire ces gestes lors de l’accompagnement des jeunes à la création ont été élaborés : observation de type ethnographique et captations vidéos ; entretiens d’explicitation de l’action et séances d’autoconfrontation. Dans cet article sont décrits les liens entre les gestes professionnels, les rôles et les postures auto-déclarés identifiés lors d’entretiens d’explicitation de l’action.
