Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

This work is a contribution to the calculation of the basic data used in the direct simulation Monte Carlo in dry air (80% N 2 and 20% O 2 ). The basic data of this modeling are the collision cross sections, which are calculated by using a semi-classical model based on the intermolecular interaction potentials of N 2 /N 2 , O 2 /O 2 , and N 2 /O 2 . To validate this data, we show a comparison between the measured dynamic viscosities reported in the literature for different temperatures and those calculated. Another comparison is performed between the calculation of the smooth cylinder drag coefficients and the measurements, which also have been presented in the literature. These two comparisons showed an excellent quantitative and qualitative agreement and therefore they confirm the calculated data validity.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
