Abstract

Trata-se de um relato de caso clínico de úlcera venosa (UV) crônica em membro inferior direito com mais de seis anos de existência. Os dados evolutivos foram obtidos por meio de registros do Processo de Enfermagem (PE) e da avaliação fotográfi ca periódica da ferida, respeitando-se os preceitos éticos. O alcance dos resultados foi obtido entre a 13a (2,3 x 0,5 cm) e 15a semanas (completa cicatrização) após a implementação do PE. A implementação da PE juntamente com a prescrição de terapia tópica por uma enfermeira especialista, proporcionou melhora na qualidade dos registros da UV e o manejo do processo de cicatrização.
