Abstract
L'étude de cas proposée ici concerne les conducteurs de l’entreprise TRANSPE qui transportent des enfants handicapés. TRANSPE a un turn-over des conducteurs malgré l'attention porté par le service de recrutement. Nous faisons l'hypothèse que les exigences émotionnelles provoquées par la relation à un public singulier sont certainement en partie responsable de ce turn over.
