Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Sekolah dan Mutu.MANAGERIAL COMPETENCE OF PRINCIPAL IN IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF BABUN NAJAH PRIVATE ISLAMIC SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL OF BANDA ACEHABSTRACT(Edi Azhari)Managerial competence is an ability to manage resources through planning, organizing, directing, and supervising activities in order to achieve organizational goal effectively and efficiently.
