Abstract
Le procès de Nicola Sacco et Bartolomeo Vanzetti aurait dû être un cas banal dans les années 1920. Pourtant, il deviendra vite célèbre, traversant frontières et océans, par la forme qu’a prise le procès se concentrant davantage sur l’allégeance politique et l’origine ethnique des hommes que sur leur alibi. Le présent article se penchera sur le processus de racialisation des deux hommes à travers le procès, qui a été usé à la fois comme un outil de domination et de résistance. Cet article examine ainsi la complexité rattachée au concept de race.
