Tras el shock financiero de 2007-2008 y la caida en el comercio internacional y la economia real de 2008-2009, la crisis economica mundial ingreso, en los primeros meses de este ano, en su tercera fase: ahora aparece la amenaza de una crisis de las finanzas estatales. En este marco, en la reunion del g-20 realizada en Canada, Alemania impuso un plan de recortes fiscales, en contraste con las posiciones de paises como Estados Unidos y Francia, que defendian politicas mas expansivas. El articulo analiza la situacion actual de la crisis mundial y las diferentes alternativas para superarla
