Abstract
Le dynamisme d’une institution comme l’héritage est un bon indicateur de la vivacité de l’institution familiale. Les modèles d’héritiers légués par le XIX e siècle fonctionne encore en France comme image de référence. Par ailleurs, derrière le constat économique de l’accroissement des transferts intra-familiaux, il y a bel et bien un fait sociologique et un modèle culturel de transmission des biens de famille.
