Abstract
Artist, researcher, innovator : The Hexagram consortium (Montreal). This paper examines how new frontier-organisations whose aim is to «create an interface » between artistic production, the development of research and industrial innovation emerge. It aims to present the issues and dilemmas of international initiatives synergizing art and technological innovation with particular emphasis on one of them – Hexagram (Montreal, Canada) – which is outlined in an analytic synthesis.
