Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

In July 2010 in Buenos Aires the International Theatre for Young Audiences Research Network (ITYARN) hosted a research forum entitled: 'Taboo topics in theatre for children and young people'. Among the papers and round table presentations were titles such as; The taboo of sadness: Why are we scared to let our children be scared?- Finegan Kruckemeyer (Australia), Manipulation of innocence in Australian stages - Claudia Chidiac (Australia) and Is the adult the true taboo in theatre for children and young people?- Katrine Karlsen (Copenhagen, Denmark). Further contributions to the forum came from the USA, the UK, Mexico, Canada, Spain, Uruguay and Argentina. While the conference proceedings are yet to be finally published, the titles of the papers alone reflect an international interest and possible concern about the types of theatre performances considered appropriate for young people and children to see and who deems them to be so.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
