Abstract
Annoncée par les parties prenantes comme l’un des scandales publics les plus importants du territoire, et par les détracteurs comme la punition la plus juste d’un comportement déviant, la liquidation d’une fondation reconnue d’utilité publique s’est transformée en 2015 en affaire éthico-médiatique.Ce scandale a révélé les « zones à risque » du système d’organisation et de communication de l’entreprise artistique et culturelle. Grâce aux méthodes de la sémiotique et des sciences de l’information et de la communication, nous tenterons de repérer les logiques de communication à l’œuvre dans la médiatisation de l’événement, d’interroger le caractère prévisible de ses incidences sur l’image, la réputation et la responsabilité sociale de l’entreprise.Cet événement, dans les récits qu’il véhicule, engage un discours et des questionnements sur l’éthique de l’action culturelle, ou plus exactement la régulation et la synchronisation des éthiques dans l’organisation créative.
